For over 127 years, Carnegie Hall was a juggernaut in the world of music, bringing its transformational power to everyone who visited. They called up Ready Set Rocket because they wanted to bring that power to audiences beyond its walls by inviting them to access online and IRL experiences from anywhere in the world.
To help spread the music, we researched target audiences — attendees, members, patrons, and donors to draw up a roadmap for audience engagement and growth. Then, we closed the gap between online and offline experiences, optimized monetization offerings, and enhanced partnership opportunities by generating a multi-channel audience acquisition strategy. We captured the attention of new, younger audiences while still giving love to their existing audience by crafting a new design system and website that ushered in a new era of experiencing music.
Our work with Carnegie Hall to reposition the organization towards a modern audience while still maintaining its current resulted in a 57% YoY membership subscription. That’s music to our ears.
