Live From the Artists Den (LFAD) connects the world’s best artists with the world’s most passionate fans. Wanting to shift from traditional broadcast TV distribution to a digital model, LFAD tapped Ready Set Rocket to develop a digital platform solution that would help them scale global audiences.
Our team first conducted a product viability study—surveying record labels, publishers, artists, sponsors, fans, and patrons to identify the platform strategy. Then we reimagined the brand identity system to increase relatability and engagement amongst target audiences via broadcast, digital streaming, website, social, email, and collateral. We also redesigned the brand’s website to serve as a hub for content marketing, acquisition programs, social and digital streaming—and drove fan engagement via lottery entries to win free access to live taping and BTS content.
Our in-depth market research helped LFAD shift beyond broadcast to reach fans digitally, on the platforms they use, by introducing new sponsorship and distribution monetization models to expand reach, increase engagement, and maximize revenue.
