Live From the Artist’s Den (LFAD) knows how to set the stage! The brand brings together the world’s most innovative artists and their fans through shows and concert experiences enjoyed from the comfort of home. Anticipating their audience’s shift from TV screens to smartphones, LFAD tapped Ready Set Rocket to whip up a digital platform solution that would help amplify their reach to a global audience.
We first rolled up our sleeves and conducted a product viability study — taking note of record labels, publishers, artists, sponsors, fans, and patrons to identify a strategy that would make the new platform click. Then, we flipped the brand identity system on its head to connect with target audiences across broadcast, digital streaming, website, social, email, and other collateral. We gave the brand's website a fresh coat of paint to bring all these audiences to a centralizing marketing hub of content, acquisition programs, and social and digital streaming. Ohhh, shiny. Lastly, Ready Set Rocket launched lottery entries to win free access to live tapings and BTS content to make the fan engagement go wild.
All that hard work allowed LFAD to evolve past traditional broadcast marketing and reach fans digitally. Their new platform introduced new sponsorship and distribution monetization models that expanded their reach, boosted engagement, and maximized their revenue.
