Last week, we participated in HeartShare Human Services AI360 Summit focused on the importance of neurodiversity in the business world. RSR cofounder and mental health advocate, Aaron Harvey, spoke on a panel about workplace inclusion alongside leaders from JP Morgan Chase, Integrate Autism Employment Advisors Inc, NEXT for AUTISM, and The Far Fund.
Even better, we gained our latest partner, Luv Michael, from the Summit’s pitch competition for businesses supporting inclusive hiring processes.
Luv Michael is a non-profit 501c3 organization that produces high quality organic, gluten-free, and nut-free granola without any harmful chemicals and toxic allergens. But that’s not the best part. The organization has committed itself to training, educating and employing people with Autism. It currently employees over 10 full time “granologists” that provide fresh granola to Starbucks, JetBlue, Fresh and Co, D’Agostino Supermarkets, Gristedes Neighborhood Grocers, Wild By Nature and over 60 other retailers.
Over the next year, we’ll be working with their team pro-bono to help enhance their digital capabilities so they can continue scaling their amazing cause.
