RSR recently welcomed several talented new employees to its growing team. The agency has experienced rapid expansion in recent months, and the addition of these key players has not only strengthened the agency as a whole but also elevated the work it produces.
Sal Basile, Senior Content Strategist
Sal Basile leads RSR’s Content Strategy. A former writer and editor, Sal knows that great campaigns start with great content and specializes in content marketing and integrations for major consumer brands. When Sal isn’t thinking of all the great things brands can do with content, you can find him playing video games or upvoting cat videos on Reddit. He also answers emails exclusively with GIFs.
Michael Craig, Engagement Manager
As RSR’s newest Engagement Manager, Michael Craig is responsible for the day-to-day contact for multiple marketing accounts. When Michael isn’t in the RSR office, you can find him indulging in his guilty pleasures of live music and a good happy hour. Originally from the Sunshine State, he’s also an avid fan of his alma mater, Florida State University, and finds every chance possible to cheer on his FSU Seminoles!
Beca Grimm, Office Administrator
Beca Grimm is RSR’s new office administrator but also lends a hand as our community content administrator. When not wrangling phones or 140-character company updates, she contributes writing regularly to VICE, Village Voice, Brooklyn Magazine and others. Give her some guacamole and she’s all ears.
Jana K. Hoffman, Copywriter
Jana K. Hoffman joins RSR as Copywriter and grammar fanatic who loves telling stories in 15 seconds or less for major fashion, beauty and action sports brands. She brings to the agency both print and digital experience as well as a solid journalism background. Always partaking in the finer and fashionable things in life, you may find Jana dining her way through the city, digging for vintage jewelry or reading a page-turner in the park. She’s also an avid snowboarder, Instagrammer and dachshund snuggler.
Ben Luckadoo, Digital Strategist
Ben Luckadoo is a Digital Strategist at RSR managing client testing and optimization opportunities. Using insight from analytics and industry best practices, he creates actionable testing roadmaps with clear objectives and goals to create winning marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive conversion. Ben currently resides in Hell’s Kitchen, has a penchant for Mexican food and favors the color black.
Matt Mewton, Front-End Developer
Matt Mewton is a front-end web developer at RSR. A former production artist by trade, Matt taught himself how to code because he enjoys a good challenge. He views his role as a developer with a responsibility to turn ideas into real experiences. When Matt isn’t busy coding, he can be found playing guitar, riding his bike and enjoying the great outdoors.
Amanda Roach
, Email Marketing Manager
Amanda Roach brings both client and ESP experience to her role as Email Marketing Manager at RSR. Focused on driving overall engagement as well as click and conversion rates, she combines all of the people and pieces needed to plan, create and deliver effective campaigns. Amanda is an East Village-r with a passion for enjoying live music. She’s also a problem solver — there’s a Rubik’s Cube on her desk that she is beating (one side at a time).
