Ready Set Rocket (RSR), an integrated agency driving maximum impact, today announced it has promoted Kitty Tsang to chief strategy officer, up from partner. The move highlights the next generation of leadership at the agency, now spearheaded by CEO Lauren Nutt Bello and Tsang, as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
“Kitty is an exceptionally smart and talented cross-functional leader,” said Bello. “As we continue to grow and scale our consultative approach, there is no one better suited to lead our team and ensure our work is approached even more strategically.”
Tsang joined RSR in 2012 as an intern and has held several strategy roles over the course of her 12-year tenure. She was named partner in 2020 after serving as head of strategy and leading RSR’s digital practice for just over two years. In her new role as CSO, Tsang will drive the strategic vision for Ready Set Rocket and its client partners while also mentoring emerging leaders at the agency. Additionally, Tsang’s continued commitment to innovation at RSR will see her actively integrating capabilities such as generative AI into the agency’s processes and capabilities.
“This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage my experience and insights to push Ready Set Rocket to even greater strategic excellence and creative innovation to meet our clients’ and the ad industry’s evolving needs,” said Tsang. “I look forward to spearheading initiatives that challenge our team and set new industry standards.”
The leadership changes come as RSR co-founders Aaron Harvey and Alex Lirtsman announced Bello’s promotion to CEO in 2021. Harvey has dedicated himself to mental health advocacy as the founder of Made of Millions, a non-profit organization committed to breaking mental health stigma. Meanwhile, Lirtsman, as CEO and co-founder of CorralData, is leading the charge in democratizing data access—leveraging AI to empower organizations with data-driven insights.
