Ready Set Rocket, an integrated agency driving business transformation, has elevated President and Managing Partner Lauren Nutt Bello to its first CEO position. Since joining in 2012 as the agency’s first Account Manager, Bello has simultaneously scaled her capability and that of the agency, driving the organization forward from a digital agency to a fully integrated agency driving business transformation for top-tier clients spanning sports, entertainment, finance, cultural arts, and much more.
Bello has also proven to be a passionate advocate for positive culture, mental health, and gender equality in the workplace, pushing the agency’s benefits to include mandatory parental leave well before Roe V Wade’s reversal.
