Your Role

Our Creative Director, Copy is responsible for finding the larger story to tell for some of the agency’s biggest campaigns and creative strategy work. Leaning on extensive copywriting experience and an instinct for crafting an effective message, the CD of Copy works closely with our clients to elucidate the challenge, determine the high-level approach, and show how the overarching big idea will come to life. The CD is equally comfortable ideating at 10,000 feet and drafting one liners, working closely with direct reports and leading a room of c-suite executives — always with a lens for the client’s objectives and for connecting with the target audience. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients in fashion, finance, sports, and entertainment to determine creative needs, propose creative strategy, and pitch our work.
  • Serve as creative lead on a variety of creative strategy projects.
  • Set and maintain a high standard for all creative work from the agency.
  • Work hand in hand with leadership and other CDs to set a vision for agency creative work make it happen
  • Develop creative workflows that support the team and help keep focus on producing great work
  • Step into a copywriting role, as needed

What You'll Do

At RSR we have an opportunity for a seasoned Director of Paid Media to join our growing team. Do you possess expertise both across paid search and paid social? Have you worked on paid media for an e-commerce shop or run paid media for a retailer? If you answered yes to these questions, we want to talk to you.
In short, your role at RSR will be to:

  • Lead RSR paid media engagements and continue to build the paid media team and vision
  • Help clients and team members understand the role of various paid media channels in achieving their objectives
  • Set the foundational paid media strategy across channels and tactics
  • Oversee Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns across client accounts and resources.

What You'll Contribute

  • Develop short- and long-term digital advertising strategy for clients with the goal of driving new customer acquisition (revenue growth), brand engagement, and/or customer retention through prospecting and remarketing campaigns utilizing search, social, display, video, and mobile advertising tactics
  • Manage and/or support teams in managing paid search, display, paid social, and other paid media channels
  • Develop reporting frameworks for all client advertising and help put together weekly and monthly reports
  • Own the relationship with channel partners (Google, FB, etc.)
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Work with your team to generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Ensure reporting provides an analysis of results and leads to performance insights that extend into optimization ideas
  • Provide these results, insights, and optimization ideas to clients and/or account leads in order to better support clients and elevate the relationship

  • 5+ years experience managing paid search, paid social, display, and video campaigns

The Role

Ready Set Rocket is seeking an Associate Director of Strategy to join our growing Strategy team. In this role, you will lean on your expertise in digital marketing tactics to offer data-backed and insights-driven solutions. Our clients — ranging from DTC start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of verticals — will know you as a confident voice in the room, adept at translating disparate inputs into a cohesive strategy. You will deliver a wide range of digital strategy work while working closely with our team of expert makers to turn your ideas into innovative, multi-channel experiences. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess client business/offering and identify strategic growth areas. 
  • Connect the dots across various initiatives and tactics from performance marketing, email marketing, website experience and functionality, data and analytics, to branding, positioning, messaging strategy, creative, and more – understanding how all those facets work together to drive growth.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience leading digital strategy consulting engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
  • 5+ years of overall digital marketing experience, including executing growth marketing programs.
  • Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics (performance marketing, data/analytics, brand strategy, positioning/messaging, acquisition, retention, etc.) across various verticals (B2B, B2C/DTC - retail, food & drink, sports, etc.).
