What You’ll Do

  • Actively prospect and identify potential opportunities
  • Generate new business opportunities by scheduling capability presentations with qualified prospects
  • Meet pre-determined benchmarks based on number of monthly meetings/presentations and quality of agency-prospect match
  • Research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage
  • Identify and leverage compelling new business entry ways for targeted outreach
  • Manage internal sales automation tools and CRM for pipeline management
  • Prioritize and manage the lead queue volume effectively to maximize new opportunities
  • Work closely with Partners and team leads to move prospects through pipeline and closing
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ready Set Rocket's portfolio, industry trends and competitve landscape

Our Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of business development experience, preferably at a digital agency
  • Clear and polished written communication skills
  • Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone, in-person and via email
  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Methodological and organized
  • Technically adept and able to use a variety of online and sales automation tools

Senior Front-End Designer & Developer

What You'll Do

As a Senior Front-End Designer & Developer, you'll take a leadership position in helping create beautiful websites at Ready Set Rocket. You're an ace with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and love to play with emerging technologies to create beautiful, immersive experiences. You're a passionate front-end expert, and have a strong understanding of visual design. Not only can you write the code, but you can translate your technical knowledge and insight with designers, project managers, and clients. You have an incredible, obsessive attention to detail and passion for delivering awesome experiences. You love to collaborate with others, but also love tackling a challenge on your own. Core Skills

Digital Marketing Intern

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern. At RSR, interns get hands-on experience working across multiple departments. In this role, you'll be introduced and engaged in marketing initiatives spanning paid search, social listening and moderation, analytics/reporting, and content strategy.
 
We want you to be a part of the team: collaborating on projects, participating in calls, bringing news about the industry to the whole agency, and finding new ways to improve processes. You'll benefit from exposure to holistic marketing and strategy programs across varying client industries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Daily management and moderation of social media communities and customer service requests and provide timely and thoughtful responses.
  • Assist with developing weekly and monthly data analytics reports for fashion, retail, media, entertainment, and finance clients. 
  • Assist with set up and configuration of marketing campaigns on social, paid search, display, and more. 
  • Research and assess digital marketing analysis tools
  • Research and assess the latest trends within the digital space including relevant social and cultural trends
Qualifications (Required)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing
  • Creative thinker with a passion for uncovering insights from data
  • Strong written communication skills. Submitting past writing samples is encouraged. 
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment

Account Director

Ready Set Rocket is looking for an Account Director to step in as a strategic consultant for our clients. The Account Director will lead account management efforts while contributing to the overall leadership of cross-functional teams to meet client goals. You will oversee and directly manage production teams and project managers on all accounts. The right candidate will be responsible for assessing client business needs and creating project plans and scopes of work.

Curate and build great relationships with your team, our staff and our clients. 
Handle many divers clients easily, overseeing multiple accounts at a director level and monitoring producers/project managers.

Be proactive in seeking opportunities and building on them.

Our ideal candidate will understand how to work closely with various departments and clients, acting as an advocate for both the agency and client. You will have full management responsibilities of ensuring client success as well as the growth and quality of our client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day communication across a range of clients and projects
  • Develop client proposals and execute Statements of Work
  • Identify and present client growth opportunities
  • Assist in development of client strategy presentations
  • Translate client requests into actionable Account Briefs
  • Coordinate with PMs and production teams to create project milestones and deliverable schedules
  • Act as primary client contact
  • Generate all meeting agendas and responsible for all client deliverables
  • Lead client training-related exercises (admins, marketing softwares, etc)
  • Manage client milestones and budgets
  • Work across departments to ensure work is completed on time and within approved budget
  • Perform final QA on major deliverables to ensure all work is delivered to spec against approved SOW or project brief
  • Act as an internal and client liaison; facilitating open communication between teams
  • Attend internal and client meetings
  • Help facilitate growth through ongoing recommendations for improvements to overall project efficiency

Our Requirements

  • At least 4 years of digital agency experience in managing relationships required
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Solid understanding of account and project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and run team meetings
  • Proven track record in prioritizing a heavy workload
  • Able to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervision
  • Superb written and communications skills are vital to this role
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable and confident acting as a product owner
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
  • Positive, professional team-player who embraces team
