We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to bring in qualified leads and assist in agency growth. Our ideal rep is an effective communicator with strong connections to decision makers at leading brands and within companies that may have never heard of us before, but have a need for our specific service set and industry expertise. Candidates must be proficient in digital marketing and digital business (i.e.websites, apps, etc)

What You’ll Do

  • Profile potential prospects via predetermined criteria
  • Generate new business opportunities by scheduling capability presentations with qualified prospects
  • Meet pre-determined benchmarks based on number of monthly meetings/presentations and quality of agency-prospect match
  • Research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage
  • Identify and leverage compelling new business entry ways for targeted outreach
  • Manage a variety of sales automation and online prospecting tools
  • Prioritize and manage the lead queue volume effectively to maximize new opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move prospects through pipeline and closing
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ready Set Rocket's portfolio, industry trends and competition

Our Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably at a digital agency
  • Clear and polished written communication skills
  • Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone, in-person and via email

What You'll Do

Requirements

Account Director

The Account Director will be the relationship owner across key relationships, and will act as the client gatekeeper to foster, retain, and grow relationships.Our ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the digital landscape and best practices. Designer

Ready Set Rocket is looking for a talented, hard-working and ego-free designer to join our growing team. 

Designers at RSR are highly motivated, highly curious individuals with a well-rounded skill-set and the desire to challenge themselves with a range of creative challenges and a high level of personal responsibility. Working with a Creative Director or Art Director, our designers create beautiful, functional visual solutions on a variety of projects for a variety of clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Follow a creative or account brief to conceptualize and design a unique look and feel 
  • Take an established look and feel, understand the brand system and work from wireframes spider out templates
  • Treat the web as a transitional medium, seamlessly integrating responsive layouts and motion into world-class web experiences.
  • Design various digital assets including responsive layouts, custom infographics, experiential and informational sites and native applications.
  • Design storyboards and set vision for motion projects 
  • Establish the visual design for a given project and assist with maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project, including leading the design QA, in-browser collaboration with the development team or revision process with other team members.
  • Actively participate in brainstorm meetings with the creative team
