Challenge

For over 150 years, The Museum of Natural History has inspired and delighted public curiosity by exhibiting world-class collections of artifacts and art. Understanding their audience’s need to digest a lot of information without feeling overwhelmed, they called up Ready Set Rocket to rehaul and enhance the visitor experience.

Solution

We said see ya! to visitor fatigue by conducting extensive research to understand key audience segments. Then, we reimagined the entire 360-degree experience of visiting the museum. This included everything from ticketing to wayfinding to digital touchpoints, ensuring every step of the visit was personalized. We also redesigned their digital products such as their website and app, then trained their marketing team and staff on how to look at analytics, digest learnings, and encourage more enjoyable visits.

Results
