7 years ago, cofounders Aaron Harvey and Alex Lirtsman started a two-person agency in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, their tiny company has grown into a full-service digital agency that employs a team of 30 strategic, creative and dedicated members who help cross-industry clients, both large and small, make lasting connections with consumers. This week, Adweek helped us celebrate our success by highlighting recent work, wins and office ideologies.

Morgan Asset Management, Ready Set Rocket has also taken steps to ‘improve the workplace environment’ by way of unlimited vacations and a new sabbatical program. Harvey insists that RSR is ‘not a huge ad agency,’ but the shop recently branched out into new markets by winning pitches for Carnegie Hall, fast-casual chain Sweetgreen and Kearny Point, a newly developed business campus in New Jersey.”
