Your Impact:

As a Digital Producer you are the driving force to keep our team, clients, and projects on track. We have an office space in NYC so this role can be hybrid or remote for people who do not live in the region.

What Success Looks Like:

• Complete project estimates accurately and on time, craft comprehensive and clear project plans, execute resource plans effectively every week, manage production calendars consistently, and balance and maintain budgets
• Curate and build great relationships with the team and our clients
• Maintain impeccable communication and organization through all channels from internal teams to the clients
• Work across departments ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within approved budgets
• Manage and execute deliverables at the highest level, and meet deadlines and internal review processes
• Manage QA and deliver work to spec against approved SOW or project brief
• Act as an internal and client liaison; facilitate open communication between teams, and between the client and the agency
• Communicate the status of timelines, profitability, and progress on all assigned projects during weekly status meetings
• Manage client and internal weekly status updates on Basecamp and other platforms
• Organize and lead internal and client meetings and provide actionable notes/recaps

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of digital advertising agency experience
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
• Experience managing day-to-day communications with junior to mid-level clients
• Proven track record in prioritizing competing projects
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Superb written and verbal communications skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable and confident acting as a product owner
• Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Salary Range $85,000-$100,000
