Kenneth Cole continues to take both the advertising and tech industries by storm. In a recent article posted by Mashable, Kenneth Cole is heralded as one of the first brands to offer a Google Glass app. Not only does it promote its new Mankind fragrance campaign, but it also encourages users to do good deeds.
“The app, as you might guess, challenges users to do that many good deeds in a three-week period, using Glass to take photos as proof. Users are encouraged to use the hashtag #manupformankind and post the photos to Twitter. … Though few brands have yet offered Google Glass apps, if the technology catches on, we may see a repeat of 2009, when brands were falling over each other to release iPhone apps.”View Archive
